Ingredients
2 ½ cups Multi-Purpose Flour
1 cup warm water (105–110°F)
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
Extra flour for dusting

How to Make the Pizza Dough
Activate the Yeast
Mix warm water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a larger bowl, combine Multi-Purpose Flour and salt.Combine Wet + Dry
Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured counter. Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth, soft, and stretchy.Let It Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.Shape the Pizza
Punch the dough down and shape into one large pizza or two smaller ones. Stretch from the center outward.Top & Bake
Top with sauce, cheese, and your favourite toppings. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–14 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
